Photography Services FAQ's
Your images undergo professional image processing to ensure exceptional picture quality

Our photo shot list includes a comprehensive range of shots, capturing both essential and creative angles. This encompasses establishing shots, long shots, medium shots, medium close-ups, extreme close-ups, bird's-eye views, low-angle shots, over-the-shoulder perspectives, and more.
Most sessions are offered at a single fee, which includes the photoshoot, quantity of images, camera expertise, editing, and retouching. Additional services are also available, all priced fairly.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies on the client's end, we greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding the scheduling of any face-to-face booked sessions or coordinated projects. For studio productions and other scheduled sessions such as filming and meetings, we will proceed as planned unless affected by a natural disaster that disrupts our electrical power. Rest assured, we will make every effort to reschedule promptly at a mutually convenient time should any unforeseen circumstances arise. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of both our clients and our team.
We offer prints and various framed artwork options directly from our studio, with print package choices available. Additionally, we provide a private online link for your gallery where you can view, download, and order prints. A print release is included, allowing you to utilize any third-party printing source.
Props are included depending on the nature of the session. We offer a selection of props and welcome your creative input. Prop choices will be thoroughly discussed during our phone consultations.
We offer both in-studio and outdoor sessions. Our outdoor sessions take advantage of a variety of qualified locations that produce stunning pictures. In-studio, we provide a range of backgrounds tailored to align with your session or theme.
Family pets are welcome at outdoor sessions. We also allow pets to attend studio sessions provided they are potty trained and well-behaved. You are responsible for ensuring they do not disrupt the session. In the event of any issues, we can reschedule for an outdoor session because ultimately, our priority is ensuring you get your pictures.
Unfortunately, we do not provide hair or makeup services at this time. Many of our clients choose to schedule their hair and makeup appointments around our session, or they prefer to do it themselves.
Video Services FAQ's
Pitch your video goals to us over a quick phone call, and we'll customize concise video options to suit your needs. To streamline the process, we'll draft a project treatment for your video before you commit to our services. This ensures that both parties can conceptualize the end result before finalizing your video service commitment.
Perfect. After creating a project treatment that accurately reflects your video project, we will have you agree and sign to exactly what we will do on our end before moving forward. This guarantees that we both have a clear understanding of our collaboration in achieving your desired results.
After reviewing your concept and initial project, we will streamline the entire production process and promptly determine a turnaround time, which will be outlined in the signed agreement before commencing production. It's important to note that we work efficiently to deliver your projects in a timely manner without compromising production quality or value.
Do I need to hire actors or find locations? We handle all of that for you. Each project is unique and tailored to your specific needs. Some videos may be open to suggestions or require you or members of your team to participate. For instance, if you own an Urgent Medical Business, a doctor may want to share a few words, or nurses may want to give a tour of the facility and speak. If not, we at HTXpictures will still generate an impactful video to serve its purpose.
